Here, a nominal shipping and handling charge of $1.95
will apply. You must have a Shopping Rewards ™ Point
Collection Book, with your points affixed to the spaces provided
within the booklet to redeem your selected gift(s). Full instructions
are detailed in the Shopping Rewards Point Collection Book.
Special Note about your Shopping Rewards ™ Points. Points
are subject to validation and in some cases may be subject
to a verification process. Any counterfeit or other inappropriate
activity will result in Points that are being submitted to
be considered null and void at the discretion of Shopping
Rewards and will not be honored.

see what gifts are available and how many Shopping Rewards™
Points each gift costs, determine the gifts that you would
like and make sure you have collected enough points for them.
Place collected points in your Point Collection Book, fill
in the required information, and mail it in as instructed.
